Employers across Lincolnshire joined Karl McCartney, Member of Parliament for Lincoln, at a key summit in Lincoln on increasing disability employment in the region. Since 2010, over 32,000 disabled people have entered work through Work Choice
On Monday 23 March 2015, Karl McCartney, Member of Parliament for Lincoln, will be joined by employers across Lincolnshire to hold a key summit in Lincoln on increasing disabled employment in the region.
Karl met with representatives of the Lincoln Bypass Action Group to discuss their support for the current plans for the Lincoln Eastern Bypass (LEB). The Lincoln Bypass Action Group are a group of residents who live around Hawthorn Road and on the Carlton Estate and close to where the proposed Bypass crosses with Hawthorn Road.

“I am delighted to have received an assurance from Dr David Sharp, our Region’s Director of Commissioning Operations at NHS England, that NHS England have now identified a new provider of GP services for Burton Road Surgery and that a contract has been signed with Universal Health, effective from Wednesday, 1 July 2015."
