The company provides jobs for over 130 local workers with a further 200 jobs worldwide. The site, which it shares with James Dawson global hose specialists, has been host to manufacturing companies since the 1890s.
Fenner Precision director Mr Rutkowski said he was keen on building a strong relationship with local Lincoln students with a focus on innovation and engineering excellence. A future aim was to increase the number of work experience placements in the company and to work in conjunction with the engineering department of the University of Lincoln.
The business was set to continuously expand its product range and manufacturing capabilities over the coming years, he added, and was showing promising growth with its number of employees rising by 10% over the last year servicing fast growing markets such as the renewable energy sector and offshore wind technology.
