Whilst the Prime Minister, Rt Hon David Cameron, visited Glasgow today to launch The Conservative Party’s Scottish Manifesto, the Conservative Candidate for Lincoln at the General Election, Karl McCartney JP, outlined the threat Labour and the SNP would pose to the future of the United Kingdom, saying they would form a “coalition of chaos”.
Karl McCartney JP, said: “Just five years ago the people of Lincoln and people around our Country rejected Labour. Our country was in crisis and they left us a note saying there was no money left.
“In just one term, with your hard work and the Conservatives’ economic management, we have halved the deficit, increased funding into the NHS, created jobs and capped welfare to make work pay.
“But this could all come to a screeching halt. Just 23 constituencies will decide if the SNP will be calling the shots in a Labour minority government. This alliance - a coalition of chaos - between those who would break up Britain and those who would bankrupt it, can only be avoided by voting for the Conservatives.
“This election is close and every vote counts – make sure you vote Conservative on 7 May.”
