"I am very pleased that representatives of both private and public entities, as well as many individuals interested in improvements to Lincolnshire and Lincoln’s transport infrastructure will be at tomorrow’s (today’s) Transport Seminar. The attendees are availing themselves of the opportunity to discuss the various transport issues and projects that will improve the business, tourism and employment opportunities across our City and County.
"The Lincolnshire Transport Seminar is open to all, has been well advertised through social and local media and as well as the formal sessions planned for the day at a well-known and suitable venue, it affords the opportunity for attendees to informally discuss issues over refreshments on arrival, at lunch and afternoon tea. Any criticism generated by the Labour Party shows typically how un-inclusive they are and how negative they can be. I am very pleased that this positive, forward looking event is taking place - would the naysayers rather it was not happening and nobody cared about improvements to our County and City infrastructure?”
