In response to the statement made by the G7 today regarding the global economic consequences if this country voted to Leave the European Referendum, Karl McCartney JP MP, Member of Parliament for the City of Lincoln, said:
“The increasingly desperate scare stories from international bodies wanting the United Kingdom to stay in the European Union are both outrageous and wrong. Their only concern is their own vested political and big business interests, they have no interest in what is good for Britain, British business or the British people. When we vote to Leave, this country will prosper economically and that in fact will be good for the whole world.”
