On Tuesday 28 April the Conservatives’ Parliamentary Candidate for Lincoln, Karl McCartney JP, held a questions and answer session withthe residents of Ermine House Residential Care Home in Laughton Way, Lincoln.
Karl was invited to the event as part of The Orders of St John Care Trust’s campaign to encouraging their residents to take part in voting.
Karl McCartney JP, said: “I am very grateful to both staff and residents at Ermine House for inviting me to take their questions about the progress we have made as a Country over the last five years and the issues that we need to continue to address over the next five years.
“Clearly continued investment in the NHS and social care are very important issues for residents at Ermine House, as well as our place in Europe and fair treatment of immigrants who come to our Country to work hard and contribute to our society.
“I shall certainly bear in mind our discussions and look forward to continuing to pursue all the issues that are important to elderly people in our City over the course of the next Parliament.
“In the meantime, I would again encourage everyone to vote at what is expected to be a very close General Election and one that will have a dramatic effect on how our Country will be governed in the future.”
